What is your jewelry made of?
I use a variety of materials that I try to list in the description box of each item, for necklaces I use either extra strong nylon wire, tarnish-resistant silver plated wire, or beading thread. I tend to use nylon wire or silver or gold coloured copper wire for bookmarks, keychains, and phone charms unless otherwise stated.
Earrings are either hypoallergenic gold plated, silver, or 925 silver plated. All earrings come with rubber stoppers.
I love using lampwork beads, shrinky dink charms, pearls, rondelles, bicones, faceted beads, chrome beads, seed beads, iridescent beads, and natural stones.
Can you make a necklace or bracelet longer or shorter?
I am typically able to resize any necklace or bracelet to your preferred length. Contact me or email me with your size before or after purchasing! Most necklaces and bracelets come with extension chains or I offer adjustable sizing.
How fast is your processing time?
Processing typically takes 1 - 3 business days.
Where do you ship?
I ship worldwide! If my country's postal service stops servicing your country, I will cancel and refund your order in full.

What currency is your shop in?
Canadian dollars! Example, 1 USD = 1.33 CAD. If your country has a stronger currency than Canada, your price total will be lower than what you see. You will pay in your currency and your preferred method!
Can I cancel my order?
I understand you may change your mind! I allow cancellations within one hour of purchase and I will fully refund your order.
